I am a german artist, who paints and makes abstract art videos; observing the human soul and other invisible stuff. In 2019 I obtained my Master in Artistic Matters from Maastricht Academy of Fine Art and Design. In May 2021 I started to establish my own creative practice and today I am happy to share it with the public.
My work is based on my own inner experiences and the sensations that arise, when I feel the unseen and untouchable. For me, the challenge is to bring understanding for the infinite emotional intensity we have as energetic human beings. My wish is to be a mediator between the unseen and the observer. I believe, as an artist, it is my purpose to connect these two worlds.
Before I put anything on paper I absorb as much as I can of my surroundings, which includes smells, feelings, interconnectivity and the sheer essence of beings. I also observe, listen and connect with the details in nature. These observations influence any perception that I translate into colors and shapes.
In my recent work “cosmos of mind“ -which you can see on this page- I am dealing with the mind. For me the mind has an intellectual side and a spiritual one. In my work I am focusing on the spiritual mind. It is the reason for creativity and intuition. And it is also the reason that we humans are searching for meaning and a connection to a higher force, be it God or the spirits of nature. What I find fascinating about the spiritual mind is that knowledge can come to us with an unexplainable certainty in its truth, while we actually do not know from where the knowledge came to us.
